IJISEM  Journals requires Article Submission Fee (ASF) for each manuscript (research / review articles, book reviews) submitted for evaluation.

• Please note that, Article Submission Fee (ASF) is not a publication fee/charge.
• This payment is required as a handling fee.
• This payment does not guarantee the acceptance or publication of the manuscript.
• The ASF should be paid upon submitting the manuscript at the first stage.
• The payment is not refunded if the manuscript is rejected at any stage of the process.
• However, there are NO Article Publication Fees.
